Training

At eScription, training is a process not an event. We offer a variety of comprehensive training services to provide users the skills they need to work with our products proficiently and effectively. Our goal is to maximize customers success with the EditScript solution by training them to take full advantage of product capabilities and best practices.

eScription's team of professional trainers offers a two-tier approach to knowledge transfer. The process begins with hands-on instruction for new customers prior to go-live at the customer site. Ongoing, our training services include a variety of continuous improvement programs including eScription University, open enrollment courses available both over the web and in the classroom. All courses are designed to improve productivity and provide valuable return on your investment.

Training for New Customers
Prior to and after go-live, eScription delivers customer training on-site. Because each organization is different and training requirements vary, your project manager will help determine the approach that most effectively meets your needs. eScription believes that timely follow-up is an important aspect of the training experience to help reinforce skills and encourage new behaviors.

	EditScript MT: designed to help MTs work with draft documents and gain proficiency using the powerful editing features of our transcriptionist tools. Focus is on keystrokes, alternative shortcuts and productivity aids.
	EMon: developed for managers who will use our administrative console to manage transcription workflow and set up features such as user access rights, clinician profiles, distribution rules, and more.
	TTT (Train The Trainer): a three phase program designed to provide your designated experts with advanced knowledge of EditScript MT, giving them the tools needed to serve as an internal training resource for your organization.
	Monthly Review of Feature Usage: a review of reports by the training team to identify the short-cuts that are used and not used by your MTs. In collaboration with MT managers, our trainers define the content of the 3-month Refresher class based on feature usage.
	3-month Refresher: a hands-on approach at your site specifically designed to review and reinforce editing techniques with MTs.

Continuous Improvement Programs

eScription University
eScription University provides open enrollment classes for both new and current customers. Core curriculum and client-specific instruction is offered to expand the skills of all EditScript users from MTs to managers. eScription University courses are results driven, based on data that stresses best practices to improve productivity and streamline operations.

Classes are available at our Needham office facility and over the Internet, in both instructor-led and self-paced formats.

EditScript MT Certification
EditScript MT Certification is a program administered by eScription Training in conjunction with our customers and the MTSOs that work on our system. The goal of our certification program is to reinforce concepts and skills learned during training, and to acknowledge individuals who demonstrate continuous improvement and mastery of these skill sets.

eTips
All MTs who work on the EditScript system receive eTips, our quarterly e-newsletter. Each issue includes helpful suggestions that are proven to increase productivity with EditScript MT, and other articles of interest to users.
