Customer Support becomes a primary contact for customers once they have transitioned from the Installation phase. Every individual on the eScription support team has a solid understanding of the medical transcription process and a strong technical background, allowing us to respond quickly to any of your day-to-day issues, questions or requests. Our team will:
- Answer questions about product functions and workflow enabling your organization to take full advantage of every aspect of the EditScript solution.
- Respond to dictation/transcription issues, and provide suggestions to maximize transcription productivity.
- Trouble-shoot product or communications problems as quickly as possible.
- Listen to your suggestions and submit feature requests to our Product Development group, ensuring that EditScript continues to meet customer needs.
