The 2007 honor marks the fourth consecutive year that eScription has received this key industry distinction in healthcare information technology.
KLAS, a market intelligence firm, published its latest findings in the Top 20: 2007 Year-End Best in KLAS Report (December, 2007). The product rankings are derived from product evaluations and confidential interviews with healthcare information technology (HIT) customers, incorporating performance data collected over the past 13 months (October 15, 2006 - November 15, 2007).
eScription continues to lead its market category in performance and quality, even as the company has grown rapidly during the past several years. In December of 2004, when eScription first received Best in KLAS in Transcription and Back-End Speech Recognition, the company was processing approximately 200 million lines of transcription per year for its customers. In December of 2007, eScription exceeded to a run rate of 1.1 billion lines per year, a 550% increase over four years.
