eScription was founded in 1999 with just four employees who were veterans of the healthcare and speech recognition industries. Together the team sought to develop a new category of technology that would improve transcription within the medical enterprise: Computer Aided Medical Transcription (CAMT).
Today, eScription is a profitable, privately-held company with customers that represent some of the largest and most influential healthcare providers and networks across the United States. We are continuing to grow rapidly by improving our products, adding new employees, and bringing the benefits of Computer Aided Medical Transcriptions to a growing number of customers-all while maintaining our industry-leading products and services: eScription has won a Best In KLAS Award four years running, most recently in the category of "Transcription and Back-End Speech Recognition".
